Clamp a Sign reserves the right to change this site and any of its content without notice.   We do our best to ensure the information displayed is correct and up to date, however Clamp a Sign cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions.

By using this website you agree to the Terms and Conditions as stated here and acknowedge that any product, its price and specifications as advertised may change due to our continous improvement program.


Payment can be made using:

  • VISA, MASTERCARD or via PayPal
  • Direct Transfer
  • Goods are dispatched when funds have cleared.

All prices are in Australian Dollars, subject to change without prior notice and are exclusive of freight.

Please note that GST is not applicable to all goods sold.


We will normally process orders so that they are sent within three business days, most orders will be sent on the next day.

Orders are usually shipped in cardboard boxes using Australia Post.   Delivery times in most cases is between 3-7 business days from when payment was received.    Other orders maybe shipped using other couriers and delivery times maybe longer depending on the size of the order and the destination.

While delivery dates are given as a guide, no responsibility can be accepted for delays in delivery or damage to goods during transit.

For any shipments outside Australia, please contact us before placing an order so that a freight charge can be calculated.

As goods are normally delivered during business hours, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they can receive goods otherwise goods will be left at or near the front door.     

The purchaser is responsible for all freight costs unless otherwise stated.   Any re-delivery of goods will incur additional freight charges.


Receiving Goods/Damaged Goods

When goods are delivered it is important to check the packing box for any signs of damage.     If there is damage, then the goods inside should be inspected for any damage. 

If damaged has occurred to the goods, ensure this is noted by the courier and notify us asap by email, and we will arrange a replacement to be sent.

Take a photo of the damaged goods/packing material and email it to us, do not dispose of the goods until notified.

Damaged goods will become the responsibility of the customer if Clamp a Sign is not notified of any damages within 7 days of delivery.

By signing for and accepting goods delivered to you, you are acknowledging that the goods have been delivered in good order and condition.


Faulty Products

If any goods received are found to be faulty/defective, please contact us asap by email for authorization prior to returning any goods to us.   

Any goods sent to us without our authorization may be declined.    If the goods are found to be faulty, a replacement or refund will be given.

No credit will be allowed on freight and handling charges.


Returns Policy

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the goods ordered are suitable for their intended purpose.    

Returns on items will be accepted within 7 days of delivery and a refund will be credited to you minus any freight and handling charges.  

All goods must be returned in their original undamaged packaging.    No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from us or if goods are returned damaged or scratched.

Shipping costs for returning product is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Privacy Policy

Clamp a Sign recognises  the importance of protecting your privacy and is therefore very careful in how information about you is used and shared.

We will only store information that will help us administer and process your order and to continually improve the service and the products we offer you.

In common with other websites, log files are stored on the web server saving details such as the visitor's IP address, browser type, referring page and time of visit.

Cookies may be used to remember visitor preferences when interacting with the website.

Where registration is required, the visitor's email and a username will be stored on the server.

The information is used to enhance the vistor's experience when using the website to display personalised content and possibly advertising.

E-mail addresses will not be sold, rented or leased to 3rd parties.

E-mail may be sent to inform you of news of our services or offers by us or our affiliates.

You may be able to block cookies via your browser settings but this may prevent you from access to certain features of the website.   Cookies are small digital signature files that are stored by your web browser that allow your preferences to be recorded when visiting the website. Also they may be used to track your return visits to the website.
